Marriage Matters event for married couples Aug. 9 - Marriage Masters is holding “Master Your Marriage, Not Your Mate: 3 Keys and 7 Principles for a Happy Home” on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 2-5 p.m. at the Chattanooga Downtown Marriott. The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated on Friday, August 15, 2025, and it is a holy day of obligation. On August 15 at the Basilica, we will have an English Mass at 7am; a sung English Mass at 12pm; a spoken English Mass at 5:30pm, and a Spanish Mass at 7pm.
