The Seven Sisters Apostolate is a call to strengthen the Church by ensuring that a Holy Hour is prayed each day of the week for the sole intention of a specific priest or bishop—a “holy wasting” (cf. Mt. 26:10) or lavishing of prayer for his deeper conformity to Christ. We are looking for more women to join us to cover all our priests in prayer. We are now undergoing year-round audits of our Safe Environment compliance. All adults age 18 and up must be certified under the Safe Haven program at CMGconnect.org in order to volunteer or work in any capacity within the Diocese of Knoxville. The training takes about 90 minutes, and the training and background check must be renewed every 5 years. Please make sure your certification is current at CMGconnect.org. The Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul is seeking volunteers to run the livestream of the Basilica 9:00 Mass on Sundays. Simple training will be arranged.
